This beautifully appointed self-contained luxury cottage, designed and constructed in environmentally friendly materials, is situated on what is technically an island on the edge of the Waimea Estuary, only 20 minutes drive from Nelson city and Motueka. It is owned and operated by your hosts Belinda and Graham.

Soft furnishing are all from natural materials such as cottons, leather, silk, linen and wool which compliment the natural rich timbers.
We provide free use of kayaks and bikes on request. You are welcome to stroll around our 14 acre property whilst experiencing the stunning ever-changing vista.
Manuka Island has NO mosquitoes,sandflies ,close neighbours or traffic noise!! It does have spectacular views, great birdwatching, and a relaxing atmosphere in a very private setting.
